Esterliz Mayer Nunes, a reporter from Achei USA Newspaper was kind enough to put together an article about me, some shows i've been in, my love for film and theater acting, and my recent trip to New York where I did a series of lessons with Katie Agresta (renowned vocal coach who has worked with names such as; Jon Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Dave Mathews Band, Cindy Laupner, and many more.) Brasileiro é sucesso no teatro

Andrew Matarazzo, filho da fotógrafa brasileira Jade Matarazzo Callahan, descobriu a carreira artística quando participou de uma peça no sexto ano escolar, e até hoje já estrelou em mais de 15 produções. Seus trabalhos mais recentes incluem You Can?t Take it With You, Antigone, The Secret Garden e The Laramie Project. Em 2007 e 2008, ele esteve em Londres, onde cursou Shakespeare Experiencia, no TASIS (The American School In England), atuando em duas peças. De volta aos Estados Unidos, Andrew foi para New York estudar técnica vocal com Katie Agresta, uma das maiores professoras de canto dos Estados Unidos, que já teve alunos como Lenny Kravitz, Steven Tyler, Roger Waters e Cindy Lauper. Andrew agora se prepara para realizar seu maior sonho, estrelar um filme e provar que pode brilhar em um papel maior. Quem o conhece, tem certeza que ele está pronto.

Brazilian and Success in Theater

Andrew Matarazzo (my Brazilian last name), son of Brazilian photographer Jade Matarazzo Callahan, discovered that he wanted to make an artistic career when he participated in a play in the sixth grade. Now today he has been in over 15 shows. His most recent work include You Cant Take it With You, Antigone, The Secret Garden and The Laramie Project. In 2007 and 2008, he was in London where he studied the course Shakespeare Experience in TASIS (The American School in England) acting in two plays. When back in the United States Andrew flew to New York to study with vocal teacher Katie Agresta, one of the most renowned voice coaches in the US, who has had students such as Lenny Kravitz, Steven Tyler, Roger Waters and Cindy Lauper. Andrew is now preparing to reach his dream of being in a film and prove he can shine in a bigger role. For the people who do not know him, be certain that he is ready.
